Neighbourhood café chain — twelve-week social relaunch

A three-outlet specialty coffee brand needed to move from sporadic phone footage to a coherent Instagram and TikTok presence. We ran a narrative workshop to define three content pillars — origin stories, barista craft, and community moments — then batch-shot four weeks of material in two production days.

Deliverables included twenty-four vertical clips, six carousel templates, and a caption style guide. The client team handles scheduling; we remain on retainer for monthly top-ups. Feed consistency improved within the first fortnight; engagement varied by post type as expected for organic social.

Workflow software startup — founder explainer series

The CEO was credible on product but uncomfortable on camera. We built a six-episode LinkedIn and YouTube series around customer pain points — not feature dumps. Teleprompter sessions in our Tiong Bahru studio, tight edit pacing, and bold captions for sound-off viewing.

Each episode was cut into three shorter clips for reuse. The series established a recognisable format the internal marketing team now replicates for hire announcements and product updates. Results depended on organic reach and the client's own distribution; we scoped and delivered production, not media buying.

Retail · Launch film

Home goods retailer — flagship store opening film

A ninety-second hero film for in-store screens, website header, and paid social teasers. Pre-production included location recce across the new store, interview questions for the founder, and a shot list timed to a licensed music track.

Single production day with B-roll capture of product details and staff interactions. Delivered in 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1 within ten business days of the shoot. The client reported strong in-store dwell time near the display screen; online performance tracked with their media agency separately from our scope.

Four client testimonial interviews filmed on location, edited into long-form case studies and short trust clips for the website and LinkedIn. Sensitive content required careful question design and approval workflows — we built extra review rounds into the timeline.

Motion graphics package unified lower thirds and stat callouts across all four films. The firm uses clips in new-business decks; we provided master files and a usage memo for compliance review.
