Neighbourhood café chain — twelve-week social relaunch
A three-outlet specialty coffee brand needed to move from sporadic phone footage to a coherent Instagram and TikTok presence. We ran a narrative workshop to define three content pillars — origin stories, barista craft, and community moments — then batch-shot four weeks of material in two production days.
Deliverables included twenty-four vertical clips, six carousel templates, and a caption style guide. The client team handles scheduling; we remain on retainer for monthly top-ups. Feed consistency improved within the first fortnight; engagement varied by post type as expected for organic social.
