1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at contentmotion.life and associated pages (the "Website"), operated by ContentMotion Pte. Ltd. ("ContentMotion", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

These Terms apply to visitors, prospective clients, and other users of the Website. Separate written agreements, statements of work, or proposals govern paid production services and, where inconsistent, those documents prevail over these Terms for service delivery matters.

2. About ContentMotion

ContentMotion is a Singapore-based video and social content production studio. Information on the Website describes our capabilities, portfolio samples, and contact channels. We are a production company — not a media publisher distributing third-party content for revenue, not a stock footage library, and not a provider of guaranteed audience or view-count outcomes. Portfolio metrics and case descriptions are illustrative of past client work and do not constitute promises of future results.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Website for lawful personal or internal business purposes — browsing service information, contacting us, and reviewing publicly available content. You agree not to:

• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation in Singapore or your jurisdiction;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or data;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Website by automated means without our prior written consent;
• Impersonate ContentMotion, our staff, or other persons or entities;

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video stills, page layout, and software — is owned by ContentMotion or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Website content for personal or internal evaluation purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or exploit Website content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent. Trademarks and trade names displayed on the Website may not be used without permission of the respective owner.

Portfolio work may include client-owned materials used with permission. Nothing on the Website grants you rights to client brands or third-party assets.

5. User submissions

When you submit information through our contact form or email — including name, email, message content, and PDPA consent — you represent that the information is accurate and that you have authority to provide it. You grant us permission to use submissions to respond to your enquiry and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential or proprietary information unless we have agreed a non-disclosure arrangement. Standard email and form transmission may not be fully secure; sensitive project details should be shared through agreed secure channels after initial contact.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, ContentMotion and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for all claims arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms shall not exceed one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100), except where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ContentMotion and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Privacy and cookies

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy. By using the Website, you acknowledge those policies.

12. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Website with a new effective date. Material changes may be noted on the homepage or contact page where practicable. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ContentMotion regarding use of the Website. They supersede prior oral or written understandings on that subject, excluding separate service contracts for production work.
