Is ContentMotion a media publisher or stock-video library, and do you guarantee viral videos or views?
No. We are a content & video / social marketing agency that plans, produces and runs editorial content for client brands — we are not a media / news publisher and not a stock-video or motion-graphics library. The .life TLD is branding only, NOT a lifestyle or wellness brand. We cannot and do not guarantee views, reach, virality or sales; outcomes depend on platform, audience, budget and product. ContentMotion is a full-service marketing agency delivering client campaigns, not a content-hosting platform or get-rich-quick scheme.
What types of clients do you work with?
We work with Singapore and regional brands across F&B, SaaS, retail, professional services, and non-profits. Ideal clients have a clear marketing owner, know which channels matter to them, and want a partner who thinks in feeds and series — not one-off uploads. We also support agencies that need a reliable production crew under NDA.
How long does a typical project take?
Discovery and planning usually take one to two weeks. Single shoot-day projects often deliver within two to three weeks of the shoot. Retainers run on a monthly cycle with standing dates booked in advance. Rush timelines are sometimes possible — tell us your hard deadline in the first message.
Do you handle media buying or paid social?
We focus on production. Many clients work with a media agency or in-house paid social team for distribution. We deliver platform-ready files and can advise on format specs; we do not manage ad accounts or guarantee campaign performance.
Can we visit the Tiong Bahru studio?
Yes, by appointment. Our address is 78 Tiong Bahru Road #01-05, Singapore 168732. The workspace includes a shoot area, edit suites, and meeting space for script reviews and client approvals.
How many revision rounds are included?
Standard projects include two structured edit rounds after the first cut. Additional rounds or scope changes are quoted transparently. We share review links with timecoded comments to keep feedback precise and on schedule.
Who owns the final video files?
Upon full payment, you receive usage rights as defined in your project agreement — typically broad rights for your owned channels and marketing materials. We retain the right to show work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality clause applies. Raw project files may be archived; source file buyout can be arranged separately.
Do you work with remote clients outside Singapore?
Yes. Discovery and approvals happen over video call. Production can be scheduled when you or your team visit Singapore, or we can crew location shoots in the region when scope allows. Always-on retainers work well for distributed marketing teams with a single point of contact.
